These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://anmair.studio (the “Site”), which is independently owned and operated by two separate professionals, Roman Zihunov and Diana Reka (collectively referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing this Site, you (“you”, “user”, or “users”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.

All original content displayed on the Site, including text, images, graphics, layouts, and visual materials, constitutes our intellectual property or that of our licensors.

b. Use for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

  • Using any part the content from the Site for the training, fine-tuning, testing, or validation of artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models is strictly prohibited.

  • Including, uploading, referencing, or otherwise incorporating any content from the Site into datasets or corpora used by commercial or open-source AI systems—including, but not limited to, those developed by OpenAI, Meta, Google, Hugging Face, Stability AI, or others—is strictly prohibited.

  • Extracting visual, textual, or structural elements from the Site for use in automated systems, generative models, prompt engineering, or synthetic content production is strictly prohibited.

c. Automated Access and Extraction

  • Employing bots, spiders, crawlers, scraping tools, or any automated or programmatic means to access, monitor, or collect data from the Site is strictly prohibited.

  • Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with the security features of the Site or access controls is strictly prohibited.

Any violation of this section constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

3. Third-Party Services

Links to external websites, social media platforms, or messaging services are provided solely for convenience. We do not control and is not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of any third-party services.

We exclusively handle contracts and payments through the Upwork platform. All transactions and communications conducted via Upwork are governed by Upwork's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available on the Upwork platform.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
