Working on the design of the facades, we determine the architectural style, select materials, and color scheme, taking into account the individual preferences of the client.

As a result, we provide a complete architectural concept package, which includes detailed visualizations and project drawings. These files help make further in-depth work on the project possible.

Our cooperation begins with a consultation, where we get acquainted with the project data. We communicate with you to learn the functional purpose of the architecture and your requirements for the layout. We find out information about the location and dimensions of the site. We discuss the architectural style, preferences in materials and color schemes. Also, clarify the missing data that we need to work on the project.

WORKING ON FUNCTION AND ROOMS LAYOUT

DESIGN STAGE

STAGE 1

At this stage, based on the data and project requirements you provide, we develop a concept design of architecture.

We form the space, work out the functional interrelation of the premises, taking into account architectural standards and requirements. We integrate the planning solution into the landscape of the site and form the volume of the building. Working on the form and aesthetics, we set the architectural style. In the process of creating the facade design, we select architectural elements, finishing materials and a color scheme. We also form secondary elements of the general plan and their interrelation.

As a result, we provide you with: floor plan-schemes, 3D renderings of the building, 3D schemes in axonometric projection, a diagram of the location of the building on the site. After that, you can make your own adjustments, if necessary. Then we proceed to stage 2.

WHAT ARE THE LEAD TIMES?

The deadlines depend on the volume of work, the size of the building and its complexity. The minimum deadline for an architectural concept project with documentation is about two months.

HOW MANY REVISIONS I CAN MAKE?

First, we discuss your project requirements. Based on the project data, we develop a concept design of the architecture and we presenting it to you through using schemes and visualizations.

After which you can make your adjustments, if necessary.

The service includes two edits: one major and one minor. We understand the client's needs and provide the design according to the request. Our approach procures a reliable result.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR CONTRACTS AND PAYMENTS?

We use Upwork to manage contracts and payments. It’s a globally trusted platform that ensures protects both parties and supports smooth, transparent cooperation from start to finish.

After an initial discussion of the project scope and a review of all reference and necessary materials you provide, we can offer a price estimate and timeline. Once the terms are agreed upon, we proceed to formalize the agreement through one of the following options:

Standard Upwork Contract – For clients already using Upwork, we create the contract directly on the platform and manage the entire project there.

Upwork Direct Contract – For clients without an Upwork account, we offer a simplified method. A secure contract link is sent by email, where you can review, approve, and pay without registration.

Both options provide escrow protection, a clear record of all agreements, and a structured payment process. This allows us to collaborate safely across borders, minimize risk, and ensure mutual accountability.
