It is thanks to them that you can have a clear understanding of the final result. As part of this service, you will also receive project drawings.

Our work does not include services that require a licensed architect and does not involve obtaining permits for alterations, construction, or interventions in utility lines.

Our cooperation begins with a consultation, where we get acquainted with the project data. We communicate with you and find out how you want to arrange the space: we clarify the purpose of the room, your preferences for style, color scheme and furniture. We also clarify the missing data we need to work on the project.

At this stage, we develop the design of the space, based on the data and project requirements that you provide.

We work out the functionality and ergonomics of the space, determining the optimal arrangement of interior elements. Working on aesthetics and style, we select finishing materials and furniture, develop a lighting scheme, and harmonize the environment.

As a result, we provide you with 3D renderings and a 3D plan for presenting the design, and you can make your adjustments if necessary. Then we proceed to stage 2.

At this stage, we create all the necessary drawings.

Plans for the placement of interior elements: a room plan with furniture, wall elevations, a lighting placement scheme, a sockets and switches placement scheme, and furniture specifications.

Plans for finishing materials: a floor plan, a ceiling plan, wall elevations, specifications of finishing materials.

We compile the entire package of drawings and 3D renderings into a file for easy navigation of the project.

To get started, we need your project requirements.

You must provide a room plan with dimensions and a photo of the room. With this information, we can move on to consultations, where we will discuss all the details in detail.

First, we discuss your project requirements. Based on the project data, we develop a design and provide it to you via visualization.

After which you can make your adjustments, if necessary.

The service includes two edits: one major and one minor. We understand the client's needs and provide the design according to the request. Our approach procures a reliable result.

The deadlines depend on the scope of work, the size of the room and its complexity. The minimum deadline for a room project with documentation is about three weeks.

To estimate the execution time, write to us, tell us about your project and we will be able to orient you on the deadlines.

The price depends on the following factors:

  • Size and complexity of the room

  • Number of rooms

  • Individual requirements

  • Additional renderings

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR CONTRACTS AND PAYMENTS?

We use Upwork to manage contracts and payments. It’s a globally trusted platform that ensures protects both parties and supports smooth, transparent cooperation from start to finish.

After an initial discussion of the project scope and a review of all reference and necessary materials you provide, we can offer a price estimate and timeline. Once the terms are agreed upon, we proceed to formalize the agreement through one of the following options:

Standard Upwork Contract – For clients already using Upwork, we create the contract directly on the platform and manage the entire project there.

Upwork Direct Contract – For clients without an Upwork account, we offer a simplified method. A secure contract link is sent by email, where you can review, approve, and pay without registration.

Both options provide escrow protection, a clear record of all agreements, and a structured payment process. This allows us to collaborate safely across borders, minimize risk, and ensure mutual accountability.
