  • Conclusion and management of contracts via the intermediary platform Upwork, with the user’s prior consent.

No data is sold, licensed, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Third-Party Platforms: Communication and Contracts

Users may contact us via external platforms (e.g., social media or messaging apps). Please be aware that communications through these platforms are subject to the respective platforms' terms of use and privacy policies, over which we have no control.

When a contract is formed through Upwork, any personal data processed on that platform is governed by Upwork’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not control, and shall not be responsible for, how Upwork handles your data.

5. Data Retention and Security

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes or comply with legal obligations.

All reasonable technical and organizational measures are implemented to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure of personal data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

In the unlikely event of a data breach, appropriate actions will be taken in accordance with Articles 33–34 of the GDPR and applicable U.S. law.

6. De-Identification and Anonymization

If project-related materials (e.g., images, addresses, drawings) are shared voluntarily by the user, such content may be retained for the purpose of communication or service delivery.

We do not use shared data for profiling or AI analysis.

If necessary for internal records, data may be anonymized or de-identified according to standards set by Recital 26 of the GDPR and Section 1798.140(h) CCPA, rendering it non-personal and non-attributable.

The Site and its services are intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children or minors. If we become aware that such data has been inadvertently collected, we will take immediate steps to delete it from our records.
